At Priv\u00e9 Affairs<\/strong>, we are committed to providing a seamless, luxurious, and discreet experience. To ensure the highest quality of service for every client, we ask that you review our policies below.<\/p>

Booking & Reservations<\/strong><\/h5>
  • All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance<\/strong> to guarantee availability.<\/li>
  • A 50% deposit<\/strong> is required to secure your date and package.<\/li>
  • Remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior<\/strong> to your scheduled setup.<\/li>
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment and receipt of all required details.<\/li><\/ul>
    Cancellations & Refunds<\/strong><\/h5>
    • Cancellations made 72+ hours before<\/strong> the scheduled setup qualify for a full refund<\/strong> of the deposit.<\/li>
    • Cancellations made 48\u201372 hours before<\/strong> will receive a 50% refund<\/strong> of the deposit.<\/li>
    • Cancellations within 48 hours<\/strong> of the appointment are non-refundable<\/strong> due to preparation, materials, and labor.<\/li>
    • Rescheduling is allowed once<\/strong> at no charge if requested 48+ hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>
      Payment<\/strong><\/h5>
      • We accept: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, and credit\/debit cards<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Prices may vary based on location, distance, or custom requests.<\/li>
      • Add-ons or upgrades must be paid in full at the time of request.<\/li><\/ul>
        Setup & Takedown<\/strong><\/h5>
        • All services include discreet setup and takedown<\/strong>.<\/li>
        • Clients must ensure the space is accessible<\/strong> at the agreed time.<\/li>
        • We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access to the property\/hotel\/room.<\/li>
        • Takedown must occur within the time window scheduled<\/strong>; extended time may incur additional fees.<\/li><\/ul>
          Hotel & Location Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>
          • Clients are responsible for confirming hotel policies<\/strong> regarding balloons, candles (LED only), and d\u00e9cor.<\/li>
          • If a hotel requires d\u00e9cor deposits or fees, the client is responsible for payment.<\/li>
          • We do not provide services in locations that prohibit outside vendors.<\/li><\/ul>
            Safety & Property Protection<\/strong><\/h5>
            • Real flame candles are not permitted<\/strong> for safety reasons.<\/li>
            • We are not responsible for any damage caused by balloons, petals, or d\u00e9cor after setup.<\/li>
            • Clients assume responsibility for their environment after our team leaves.<\/li><\/ul>
              Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h5>
              • All consultations and services are 100% discreet & confidential<\/strong>.<\/li>
              • We do not share client names, photos, or personal information without explicit permission.<\/li><\/ul>
                Custom Requests<\/strong><\/h5>
                • Custom themes, color palettes, accessory kits, and fantasy experiences (Adventure packages) require a consultation<\/strong> and may involve additional charges.<\/li>
                • Some custom items are non-refundable once purchased or prepared.<\/li><\/ul>
                  Travel Fees<\/strong><\/h5>
                  • Locations outside our primary service radius may incur additional travel fees<\/strong>.<\/li>
                  • Fees will be disclosed before booking is finalized.<\/li><\/ul>
                    Damage or Loss of Items<\/strong><\/h5>
