Privé Affairs – Policies

At Privé Affairs, we are committed to providing a seamless, luxurious, and discreet experience. To ensure the highest quality of service for every client, we ask that you review our policies below.

Booking & Reservations
  • All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and package.
  • Remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to your scheduled setup.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment and receipt of all required details.
Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled setup qualify for a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 48–72 hours before will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable due to preparation, materials, and labor.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge if requested 48+ hours in advance.
Payment
  • We accept: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, and credit/debit cards.
  • Prices may vary based on location, distance, or custom requests.
  • Add-ons or upgrades must be paid in full at the time of request.
Setup & Takedown
  • All services include discreet setup and takedown.
  • Clients must ensure the space is accessible at the agreed time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access to the property/hotel/room.
  • Takedown must occur within the time window scheduled; extended time may incur additional fees.
Hotel & Location Requirements
  • Clients are responsible for confirming hotel policies regarding balloons, candles (LED only), and décor.
  • If a hotel requires décor deposits or fees, the client is responsible for payment.
  • We do not provide services in locations that prohibit outside vendors.
Safety & Property Protection
  • Real flame candles are not permitted for safety reasons.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by balloons, petals, or décor after setup.
  • Clients assume responsibility for their environment after our team leaves.
Confidentiality
  • All consultations and services are 100% discreet & confidential.
  • We do not share client names, photos, or personal information without explicit permission.
Custom Requests
  • Custom themes, color palettes, accessory kits, and fantasy experiences (Adventure packages) require a consultation and may involve additional charges.
  • Some custom items are non-refundable once purchased or prepared.
Travel Fees
  • Locations outside our primary service radius may incur additional travel fees.
  • Fees will be disclosed before booking is finalized.
Damage or Loss of Items
  • Any rental items (robes, props, LED candles, arches, etc.) not returned or damaged will incur a replacement fee.
